House rules

- Smoking prohibited indoors (Fine 250 euros).

- Forbidden to use drugs. (Access to the apartment is denied).

- Silence is required after 10 p.m.

- The jacuzzi and sauna should be used normally. We will check these facilities after use. In the event of damage and/or a very dirty jacuzzi, additional costs will be charged.

-It is not allowed to bring day guests. A maximum of 3 guests are allowed on site and in the room. If more guests arrive after check-in, access to the apartment may be denied. If, due to circumstances, an extra day of guest is required, this must be discussed in advance to make agreements about this and to calculate any additional costs.

-The sauna and Jacuzzi can be paid for in cash or by card.
