General Terms and Conditions Apartment YCW 'Papillon'

We warmly welcome you to our apartment YCW 'Papillon' in Rijnsaterwoude. Please take note of the following general terms and conditions. These terms come into effect automatically after a reservation has been made.

Main Guest

The person who has booked apartment YCW 'Papillon' through the website, via email, or by phone. The main guest must be 18 years or older and is responsible for their fellow guests. The main guest must also have a permanent place of residence or stay.

Managers

The persons acting as owners of apartment YCW 'Papillon' or on behalf of the owners of apartment YCW 'Papillon'.

Third Parties

Any other legal entity who is not a guest, manager, or owner.

Cancellation

The revocation or dissolution of the final reservation within the applicable period.

Guests are responsible for their own cancellation and/or travel insurance.

Stay

The entire period between check-in and check-out.

'Papillon' offers a minimum stay of two nights.

Apartment

1.1 Apartment YCW 'Papillon' is described on https://bnb.direct/netherlands/papillon. Our website has been created with the utmost care. However, differences may exist between the text and/or photos presented on the website and the actual situation of apartment YCW 'Papillon' at the time of the guests' visit. No rights can be derived from such differences.

1.2 The minimum stay at apartment YCW 'Papillon' is 2 nights. In the holiday season, exceptions may be made.

1.3 Apartment YCW 'Papillon' is accessible to guests 24 hours a day. The apartment has its own lockable entrance.

1.4 Quiet hours are from 00:00 to 06:00.

1.5 Smoking is not permitted in the entire building, including the rooms. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Additionally, it is prohibited to dispose of cigarette remains anywhere other than the specified places.

1.6 Guests' pets are not allowed, unless otherwise agreed between the guests and the manager(s), due to hygiene and allergies.

1.7 The room is suitable for 2 guests.

1.8 The room is equipped with a kitchenette, private toilet, and bathroom, and includes bed linen.

1.9 Check-in is between 15:00 and 17:00. Check-out on the day of departure must be done by 11:00.

If you are unable to arrive at the specified time, please inform us as soon as possible so we can ensure someone is present to welcome you at the apartment.

Due to the cleaning of the rooms, late check-out after 11:00 is not permitted unless otherwise agreed between the guest and the manager(s).

1.10 Guests can park their car(s) on the premises.

1.11 Guests must have a permanent place of residence or stay.

1.12 Guests must follow the instructions given by the manager.

1.13 The manager may deny and/or refuse guests access to apartment YCW 'Papillon' with immediate effect and without further notice or reason if the general terms and conditions are violated or if inappropriate behavior occurs. No refund of accommodation costs will be given.

Rates

2.1 The rates for apartment YCW Papillon are described on the website.

2.2 The rates include gas, water, electricity, and heating. Rates also include VAT.

2.3 The rates do not include the use of outdoor facilities.

2.4 The rates do not include food and drinks outside the arrangement. These costs must be settled at the end of your stay.

2.5 The rates do not include cancellation and insurance costs.

2.6 The rates for apartment YCW 'Papillon' are subject to change without prior notice.

2.7 The apartment is not bound by any apparent errors on its website.

Reservation and Payment

3.1 Reservations can be made via the website, email, or telephone.

3.2 The reservation is only final when you have received a confirmation of the reservation.

At the time of booking, you must transfer the total amount of the arrangement to the following account (IBAN): NL83KNAB0509455409. Account holder: D. van Staveren YCW-Yoga Coaching Wellness.

3.3 Costs incurred during the stay that are not included in the selected arrangement must be paid at check-out.

Cancellation Policy

4.1 Once the reservation is confirmed, you may cancel free of charge up to 1 month before the arrival date. After this date, 100% cancellation costs will be charged.

These rules can be waived in case of a family member's death or sudden physical complaints that prevent you from visiting the apartment.

4.2 No refund will be given in case of early departure.

4.3 Cancellation fees are also due if you do not show up.

4.4 Cancellations can only be made in writing via email to desire.regeer@hotmail.com.

Complaints

5.1 We aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If there is something you are not satisfied with, please let us know verbally and in writing. You can email your complaint to desire.regeer@hotmail.com and discuss it with us. This way, we can resolve your complaint as soon as possible.

Damages

6.1 Guests must behave properly within the apartment and treat the surrounding nature with respect.

6.2 The main guest is legally responsible for damage caused to apartment YCW 'Papillon' by them or their fellow guests.

6.3 No deposit is required for the rooms, as we trust that our guests will honestly report any damages. This allows us to fix the damage quickly.

6.4 The cost of repairs will be charged to the guests unless otherwise agreed between the guest and the manager(s). For this reason, we recommend all our guests to have liability insurance.

6.5 If the keys to the apartment are lost, the main guest will be charged for the costs. The main guest must pay these costs immediately at check-out.

Force Majeure

7.1 In case of force majeure, either permanent or temporary, apartment YCW 'Papillon' is entitled to terminate the agreement entirely or partially or to suspend it temporarily without the guest being entitled to fulfillment and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, war, danger of war, uprising, strikes, energy supply disruptions, transportation issues, government measures, and natural disasters.

Liability

8.1 YCW 'Papillon' is not liable for damages incurred by the guest or third parties as a result of their stay in the room. The guest indemnifies apartment YCW 'Papillon' against such claims.

Safety

9.1 For your own safety, smoking is not allowed within the walls of the apartment, including in the rooms, wellness area, and common group space.

Final Provision

10.1 Dutch law exclusively applies to these terms and conditions unless international private law stipulates otherwise. Non-Dutch-speaking guests are assumed to agree with the terms and conditions written in Dutch.
